Arthur Hills Course at Palmetto Dunes

The Arthur Hills golf course at Palmetto Dunes is definitely of the "built to fit its surroundings" variety. Excellent use of the existing terrain, plus lots of those naturally-occurring Palmetto trees along the fairways.

This course is consistently highly-rated by the various golf publications that do such things and we have to agree. It's "only" 6651 yards from the back tees but still a challenge for good golfers while providing enjoyable play for the rest of us. The folks at Palmetto Dunes do a great job of keeping the conditions good considering the amount of play the course gets.
